Donations to a candidate totalling more than $13,200 must be disclosed.

Donations and any ‘gifts-in-kind’ (e.g. donated advertising) must be included.

The disclosure period for this return commences 31 days after the previous general or Senate election and ends 30 days after polling day.

Donations (including gifts-in-kind) received totalling more than $13,200 that are used in whole or in part to make gifts to candidates must be disclosed.
